We just got back from Hayden’s BMT clinic 6 month followup. This marks 2 1/2 year post bone marrow transplant! Yaaah

We met with Dr. Seroogy, Peds Auto Immune Dr. at Children’s Hospital, we did blood panels for IGG, IGM, IGA, T-cell growth and a few others I can’t remember off hand…We are STILL waiting for the “go ahead” to start Immunizations.
We will get the test results back in a week to determine if we can start or if we continue with IVIG.

We have been free of IVIG since May of this year so we are crossing our fingers that we won’t have to start that again.

I will start to process of getting myself tested for being a carrier, and my sister too.

Update on Hayden-
We are still working on potty training which he wants nothing to do with. He says he loves his diapers but yet tells me immediately when he has gone potty or poopy in it “change me pease” he says. So we know part of him is ready but the lazy part is dominating. He will go through the motions of “going potty” but just won’t allow the potties to come out.

He LOVES tools, wood and anything to do with building therefore he will be Bob the Builder for Halloween this year! He is soo excited! This week his bunk beds will be delivered and put together for his “big boy room” and we say good bye to the toddler bed. Unfortunately I can’t post pictures on this site right now, due to my messed up Gmail account which links to this web site, but the costume is bibs, plaid shirt, yellow hard hat, work boots and a tool built-all items that he can wear and use after Halloween. Abby will be a Cow Girl, she can’t wait!
